Our factory was founded in 1996, specializing in thin-wall steel chrome-plated cylinder liners, produces 700, 000 pieces thin-wall chrome-plated steel cylinder liners every year.
It cover 40000 square meters area, of which construction area 13000 square meters.

The first enterprise awarded import & export rights by our national electrical and mechanical committee; The first manufacturer entity awarded expanded Export Right by the state council of mechanical and electrical dept. In China;
The products are in conformity with related international standards, standards of the developed countries and passed National certification; The only manufacturer in China adopting particular technologies in heat treatment in whole casting, surface treatment, quenching, Phosphates, chromate coating, enlarge the steel pipe, processing the thin wall liners and the bore using plateau crosshatch honing method.
Main products are awarded " High Quality Products " prize by the Ministry and related Provincial Dept. The representative "styre" marked products secured the 1994 Golden Prize at the National New and High Tech. EXPO and were selected into the 27-electrical-and-mechanical-products which come up to international level in 90s. The whole piece quenching casting liners of the DDA series exported to USA got the title of "Quality-Credible Product" and won the local Golden Cup Prize for its high quality; ISO 9002 certificated in 1996 and reevaluated in Oct. 1999, got the title of "China Famous Branded Products "in sequential four years.
